Cbus 8 channel dimmer issue

HI there, wondering if anyone can help, i installed an 8 channel 1amp dimmer today, channels 1-4 work fine but channels 5-8 are permanently on, pressing the local buttons does not override it nor does the switch after i had programmed it. so i cannot turn them off. there is no load on them at the moment but i presume that shouldn't make a difference. anyone come across this before?

 

you need to have load connected usually about 25 watts will do it Fluorescent and LED loads sometimes cause trouble.
