Can't log into Wiser 5200PG

    Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum.

    I have a Wiser 5200PG which I am unable to log in to. I have done a hard reset, factory reset and tried to follow all the protocols. Can't log in through the default IP address. There is no communication between the PC and the Wiser.

    Any help or advice would be gratefully appreciated.

    Hi Zack welcome to the forum.
    Can you answer the following questions so we can possibly help you.
    Do you have experience with C-Bus programming?
    Is your wiser and PC on the same subnet?
    Can you ping the wiser.
    If you attempt to transfer a project does the wiser show up in PICED?
    Now if any of these questions don't make sense just let us know your technical ability and we can try and move forward from there
