    Good Evening

I hoping someone can help please……

I have recently (in the last week) purchased a property that has C-bus installed. Pretty much every electrical element of the property is controlled via c-bus (lighting, UFH, DHW). Whilst the previous owners set up is liveable, there are a number of automations that are sub optimal, mainly relating to the use of motion sensors. There are also a few changes I’d like to make to the Saturn switches. I made a quick attempt to do this myself using the computer the previous owner left for this purpose, but very quickly realised it was beyond my skill set and I was concerned our breaking something! As a result, I’m looking for a C bus engineer / programmer to come and make some changes and also show me how I can make very basic changes myself as I become more familiar with the house. Is there anyone on here in the Cambridgeshire area who could support with this? Google has not been by friend!

Secondly, I’m currently using the Wiser 2 app but my research has told me that this is no longer supported and may possibly be phased out entirely in the future - I’d like to get ahead of this! As a result I’d like to switch to the new Wiser Home App. I purchased a Hub 2nd Generation thinking I could simply connect the WHC2-5918 Wiser Home Controller MKII to it and would be able to utilise the new app, but I cannot see a way to do this. I doesn’t look like it’s compatible with hardwired switches, but I can’t believe there isn’t a way to move across to the new app. Is it possible and is it something I could do myself? I’ve spent too many hours trying to figure it out and have thrown in the towel, but it would seem crazy that I’m stuck in an app that is no longer supported!

Sorry for these noob questions but I though I’d best turn to some experts as I’m
Stressing myself out trying to work things out for myself.

Thanks in advance for any help / advice.
