C_Bus toolkit not installing

    Hi folks,

    I was using c-bus toolkit (1.11.12) in my PC (windows XP SP3).Now I need to upgrade the toolkit software and I installed 1.12.4 .But the C- gate window is not opening and i cant scan the project.How to resolve this issue I was trying it for last two days.

    Hi renjurenjith
    CGate runs as a service now so you won't see the Java window if that is how it was installed.
    You can optionally select CGate to open in a window (like it used to) during Toolkit software installation.

    If you are still having problems.
    First thing to rule out would be the firewall on your PC by temporarily disabling it.
