C-touch Problem

    I downloaded the last version of PICED 4.0 and TOOLKID 1.7 with C-GATE 2.6.1
    I tryed to download a project to a monochrome touch screen and the has a massage "Please programe this unit before use" . From PICED I can connect to the unit but I can not contol enything on a touch screen because is dead. There enyone who know about this problem I have? Thanks electra

    When you connect to the touch screen select the option to download the firmware to the unit then the project file.

    More than likely the firmware in your unit will be older than the version necessary for PICED v4
