C-Touch not responding

    I have a C-Touch screen, I can calibrate, set time and change screens but can't switch on/off the lights & plugs.

    Current logic resides on this touch screen, when I press a particular light button it illuminates signalling it has been touched and then switches back with 2 seconds to non-switched state.

    What could be wrong?

    What happens when you use regular keyswitches around the house? Do the lights come on properly? Do the buttons on the C-Touch indication match what the circuit is actually on?
