C-Gate Not Send Commands

    Hi, we have a project that's been working fine for years, nothing major changed.
    Been running on a Windows 7 PC using SchedulePlus 4.12.1.0 with unlimited networks.
    But has just started a problem
    SchedulePlus is receiving C-Bus messages from all network (15 Plus) but has stopped sending commands, and we are no long getting light level readings in the Monitors.
    Now the IT department at the site, say they have not changed anything ???, heard that one before !. but cant find what may of stopped working.

    Have tried removing Toolkit, C-Gate and ScheuldePlus, and reinstalled.
    Remove C-Gate as a Windows Service and put in Console, and back to Service a few time, (Back in Console at the moment)

    We get Light Level Reading for about 5 minutes then goes into error saying unit not responding.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Turns out after a lot of testing to be a be a problem with the actual toolkit file.
    Once all the database was sync'd then SchedulePlus would no longer send commands.
    Installed a backup file of the Toolkit project, and all sorted.

    Take backups of your Toolkit projects. they always come in handy at some point !!
