The classic symtom of flashing Red LEDs on the keypads is back. (Missing clock pulse from the clock generator)

To eliminate a faulty lightswitch or PIR, I disconnected all the light switches and PIR's. The LED on the C-Bus sim in Minder is still not flashing. It stays on.
It should flash at approx 4Hz.

Besides the obvious the C-Bus sim could be faulty, is there anything else I can try?

    System.
    V2 Minder
    V1 and V2 lightswitches
    V1 Dimmer and relay modules.

    Regards,

the minder simm not flashing is not a fault.

If the minder sim is not flashing it means it is not the C-BUS clock source

It looks like you minder was the source. and now some other C-BUS device has taken over that role.

In took kit on the status page of each device you can see if the device is the clock source.

In the Lid of the minder it tells you want the led means

    Charlie,
There is only one clock source in the system, Minder.
I thought about adding another clock source as a backup, but it is an expensive option. (PC interface or CNI interface)

C-Bus Output Units can also act as Clock sources.
