c bus relay 12 channel 10amps

when i am doing programme 1 relay is not scanning and it doesnt showing serial no and it showing name as yyyyyy like that so i tried old version also it is showing like that so what is the solution and problem

 

About a year ago I had a 12ch relay doing something similar.
It was still working on the CBus network properly but I couldnt access it with toolkit even though able to access the other 60 devices.
It had a built in CBus power supply so to test it I removed it from the network and connected just the CNI and burden to the relay, then tried to scan again with toolkit.
The relay turned out to be faulty and I had it replaced under warranty.

oh k thanks for ur suggestion but i did wat u said still it is like that only not scanning so i also think it is hardwere problem k

 

I didnt have to remove any of the 240v wiring or the relay to do that test.
Perhaps you could try connecting to another unit which has a CBus power supply just to rule out anything else.
Assuming the relay is still working and not under warranty you could try to use learn mode to make some changes if it is still enabled.

 

12 ch relay

on the same phase two relays are working except this relay i think it is hard ware problem
