Please bare with me as i have absolutely no idea about this lighting system! We moved in our house 2 years ago and it was already in and is now around 8 years old.

Our electric tripped last night and since then 2 out of 4 of the pads we have havent come back on. These pads can control the same things give or take a couple of rooms(i dont know if thats relevant). Anyway we swapped with a different pad that is working to ensure it isnt the wiring and it does work so can only be the pad.

I dont know what we can do to get it back on! I hope this makes sense

Can you please provide more info:
    1) When you say iPads haven't come back on, do you mean they physically don't power up, or they are not connecting to you control system.
    2) can you put some screen shots of the iPads that do work, so we can get an idea of what app you are using, and hopefully work out what the control system is.
    3) I take it you have check all circuit breakers, routers, network switches etc are on and working
