C-BUS lose control after generator RUN

    Dear All,

    Please advise me this matter:

    After Power lost and Generator RUN, our C-BUS devices forgot all the programing. Can not control any light from wall switch. It can be controlled only re-download the software.

    What is wrong here? Please help to explain so that I can reconfigure system.

    It is very difficult to determine what is going on from your description. Can you provide a few more details please?

    What would be interesting to know is:
    1) is this system consisting of wired or wireless C-Bus units, or a mixture of both?
    2) is there any PC on the network controlling units?
    3) are there any c-touch units on the network?
    4) what units have lost their programming, and have any not lost their programming?
