C-Bus and Main Lobby

Hi,
I have been using Main Lobby for years now to manage my movie & music collection etc. http://www.cinemarsolutions.com/index.html
I have contacted them about a possible driver for C-Bus.
Bellow their response
"Does the Clipsal CBUS system have any utility where you can export the current CBUS configuration into a file that could then be imported into the server or would you be forced to add each CBUS load individually into Family Manager? If such a utility exists and you have a CBUS system can you generate the export file and email it to me?"
If somebody could suggest the best way for me to do this and also recommend the easiest way to interface with CBus, CGATE, DLL etc, that would be great.

The CBus tag file for the project stored in c:\cgate\tag is just an xml file. Has everything you need to know about the configuration. Very easy to read and parse.

 

I think what Clipsal did here in the early days is fantastic, very easy to follow and understand.
