So my wiser 2 has the standard end of daylight savings rule setup for the end of BST but it didn’t fire today. the official rule is last Sunday in October
The wiser interpretation is last week in October. Now in the UK weeks run Monday to Sunday and I assume that is why it hasn’t worked as the month ends on Friday?

Check your settings, it can be whatever it is set to, i think. The std dates are just a guide.

Thank you for coming back to me. Am going to say the settings look ok - and am assuming the Wiser schedule is the only device on the network driving this

Im not 100% up one the wiser2 do you need piced to program the project, or is it another program? If it's piced, then that has in the options for the project a dedicated page for setting dls times.
What i see above is a normal schedule item you can set for anything.

Yup- what you are looking at there is the page in PICED for configuring the schedule that is the end of DLS for the Wiser 2.

Sorry you are right - those are built from the project properties:

Configured correctly - but not working correctly!

Perhaps also check you pc regional settings, you never know...or also try changing the piced time zone from gmt. Other than that perhaps someone else can jump in with an answer for you

    A few suggestions:
Check your modem setting for day light saving setting
Version of piced used to program the Wiser 2, I do remember an earlier version having issues with Day light saving but can remember what version.
Check the system utilities of the Wiser via PC browser to ensure day light saving is enabled.
If all else fails just set the time manually, not ideal but at least the time will be correct

    Hi,
You have comfort alarm installed. I have known it can take an extra week for the time to change.
But i guess it has alaways changed for you over the last 10 years or so.
The TS can also be trying to change the time.

Thanks Ben - yes it’s always been flakey in that jt changes later but I don’t think I have ever not seen it change on the day. I had a look at comfort as well as agree thats a likely candidate for the issues! As far as I am concerned the config is all good.
What did you mean by TS?
