    Hello Gents

On Friday I was programming the C Touch and the network went down
The laptop said it had only done 17% of the upload, and now the touch screen only want to reboot itself after 25 sec. I suspect that the main firmware has got corrupt, would this be correct

IS THERE ANY WAY TO RESTORE SITUATION?

    Thanks :

I assuming we are talking about a black and white C-Touch ?
I am not sure what you mean by this
The firmware can get corrupted if the download gets interrupted during a firmware download. To fix it, just connect to the unit again and download the firmware again with your project.

    CTouch B/W

    Thanks

But the touch screen doen't stay up long enough for me to reload anything to it, it just restart after about 25sec,

Put new screen in and no problem with the network,

I have also tried to put in onto just a P/S and pci and touch and still did the same thing just rebooted after about 25 sec

I think part of the drop out was because of the USB to serial adaptor, so gone back to old laptop with onboard

    Thanks
