B&W C-Touch not responding.....

    Installed a c-touch about a month ago in a clients office. Its been working fine until last night when he tried to select a scene and it didn't responed.

    Went to check it out today thinking all it needed was a reboot but I found that only scenes weren't responding. All the other buttons work fine.

    Any suggestions?

    Some groups in a scene, or every group, every time?

    every group every time. Also there is no sound acknowledging that the button has been pressed.

    Checked programming = all ok. But I don't believe it is in the programming as it was working ok before last night.

    suggestions:

    1. Re-load the firmware and the project.

    2. If that does not work, call CIS technical support. You may need to arrange for a replacement. But re-load everything first.
