Architectural dimmers dali

Hi All Just wondering has anyone experienced the relay built onto the L51CM-SB switch to the off position when energised? This happens with the dali twin connected, without it being connected also with the load installed and uninstalled. The status of the dimmer through the toolkit shows the channel is operating correctly but still doesn't control the load. We had another spare card swapped it over and it works fine but we have run into the second card that is doing this now. Thanks :)
