Android app not connecting

    Customer purchased 2 off Samsung A20E Model no: sn-a202f/ds Smart phones.

    Both have identical firmware etc.
    Both have wiser app 2 loaded
    One accepts the home settings and connects the other will not

    The one that does not load - can anybody point me in the direction of diagnosing WHY it will not connect?
