Analogue output unit

    Is it possible to loop all four channels loops together and take two wires out and connected to all analogue (0-10V) ballast (30 Nos.). Purpose is to minimize the cable length, since total area to be dimmed together.

    Looping the 4 outputs together is just asking for trouble. Don't do it.

    What you can do is take a look at the diagram at the top of page 4 of the instruction manual. It shows you how to wire the unit so that the 4 channels share a common connection. That way you'll at least be down to 5 wires running to your loads instead of 8.

    This works because the 'A' terminals of the 4 Analogue outputs are internally connected.
