Sorry guys - this may have been covered. I cannot access my wiser and keep getting "Adobe Flash Player No Longer Supported" wheh trying to connect from a home PC (browser).

Anyone know what the fix for this is, as I've tried eveyrthing?

    Cheers Amin

There is no fix for web browser access. You can still access it from the Android and IOS apps.

On a PC you can load the BlueStacks android emulator and install the Wiser 2 app.

And yes, it has been covered. Search is your friend here.

    Hi Amin,

I will not take the Kudos here as one of my clients gave me a 'Heads Up'. I don't use a browser for my Wiser 2 access as I use my iPhone. So Kudos to 'Andrew L'. You're a legend!!

    Andrew emailed me:

'For those owners of Wiser2 I have found a workaround for operation on Windows and iMAC - a Flash capable browser called 'Pale Moon'. Works a treat can operate alongside other browsers such as Chrome. I use it purely for Wiser2 control. Of course it would be great if CIS actually released an HTML5 software update as originally promised.'

The second assertion/request from Andrew is obviously being fulfilled, but the Pale Moon browser, worked first time when I tested it, so five thumbs up here.

    Well Done Andrew L,

    Brad

ps. Liability waiver here --- I solely tested that it talks to my Wiser 2. Please test yourself for possible security issues / potential vulnerabilities / commercial use implications, licensing requirements etc etc.

pps. If you like this solution, send a few bucks to my Paypal account - FYI its my name at my company URL and I'll send Andrew a thank you bottle/bottles for his research
