You will need to explain in greater detail what it is that you are trying to achieve, what system are you trying to control? how would you like to control it, and what c-bus components are you planning to control the system with?

Do you know the brand/model of the AC system you're trying to control? how do you plan to control it? via InfraRed? Serial (RS232 or RS485)? Hard-wiring a CBus output unit to the internal wiring of the system? (That last option is only really viable for old systems that dont have complex and proprietary control systems built into them).

If you can provide as much detail as you can about the different aspects of what you are trying to achieve, I'm sure someone on here will be able to give you some very clever and informative answers :)

Can anyone confirm what systems the thermostats will and wont work with (I have no idea at all when it comes to A/C)

Specifically I have a carrier comfort system that I would like to integrate and whilst it has software on the PC that allows control I cant get it to integrate any other way (and have no protocol documentation).

A list generated by users that have successfully used them and any caveats would definitely be helpful
