    Hi,

I've a job where there's 18 of these installed but there are 3 in the hallway controlling the same circuit and one of them or all of them are causing it to come on when no one is setting them off

Does anyone have any ideas what can cause this or is it a case of swapping them out with some of the others in the house and seeing if that solves it and the problem moves to wherever I put these ones

    Thanks
    Mike

CGate logs if it is running somewhere will tell you which unit turned on the lights provided you know the time it occurred.

If you had a PC connected and Toolkit running you can also view this in the application log.

it could be an open window or a heater duct that turns on.
just needs to see moving heat
