5500pc interface failed to reset fault

    hi all, trying to connect to a 5500pc interface via serial port. Every time I try open the network in toolkit it comes up with a PCI failed to reset error? Any suggestions ?

    Are you connecting to the 5500pc via a USB to serial converter? Cheap/unbranded ones are a known source of problems.

    Thank for the reply Ashley, found it was the actual serial port of the laptop not working.
