5500NAC Firmware problem

    Hi
    I did an update of the firmware on my 5500NAC earlier this year version 1.17.0 when it finished installing the unit will not respond to cbus or connecting to PC. It will not connect to my network the Ethernet LED not on and no response via USB. I have the power and input LEDs on I have tried both HR and SR reset buttons with no luck.
    Any help out there.
