5500AC2 CBUS LED not lit - Shows no Serial Number

    Folks,

    I have a 5500AC2 which I can connect to to configure pages etc, however, it does not appear to connect to the CBUS network.
    I say "appear to" as it shows on the toolkit as a PCLOCAL4 - DIN Rail PC Interface - No Serial #
    I have hard reset and updated to version 2.3.0 firmware but no joy.

    Thoughts?
