5104BCL Coupler BCN4B how to order and not get a KEYBC4

    I am trying to order a 5104BCL (the one with tristate operation) that is a BCN4B in tool kit.

    The problem is the same part number 5104BCL in tool kit a KEYBC4 is the old one.

    I order a 5014BCL and get a KEYBC4

    how can I order a 5014BCL and get a BCN4B ??

    No easy answer, I'm afraid. The updated bus coupler was released to production last year but it takes some time for the warehouses to flush out old stock and for the new units to come through.

    If you really need a BCN4B for a job then I'm sure a quick phone call to your state sales rep to arrange a swap should sort you out.
