5085DL-xx Screen\Label Problem

    Hi guys.
    Over the last year I ecountered with a problem with the DLT keypads.
    The lables disappear and the screen become very bright so you cant see anything on the keypad.

    Somone know of this problem?
    and what cause this problem?

    This sounds like the screen contrast is changing, the labels are probably still there but not visible.

    I don't know a cause for this, maybe one of the experts knows?
