5038TX - Dead

    My Neo Remote has died. It is around four years old and just suddenly stopped working. I have tried a new battery with no luck. I doubt very much that I will be able to get a warranty replacement after four years.

    I might be missing something - ideas on other things to try welcome.

    you have not inadvertantly change the IR channel in TK have you?

    Good thought, but no. Just in case, I have tried changing two Neo units between the two IR settings. I get no reaction to the control at all.

    :(

    Any more ideas?
