Has anyone had any issues with these units not turning the assigned group off when the level goes above the setpoint.
The light level is at 3370 during daylight hrs which tech support says is way too high. But when we set the setpoint down to 150 (was at 250), and covered and uncovered the sensor it worked. Now it doesn't.

The most likely cause is a basic communication problem on the network... the Off command not being successfully transmitted on the network.

Go back and check all the basics, such as voltage across the network, no more than 3 clock generators, under 100 units & 2A of power, only 1 burden, no intermittent connections, etc.
