Can anyone tell me whether there is any way of adjusting the sensitivity of the 5031NIR .The IR I am working on has very low range,we have to be too near to the IR to function it from the remote.

Some of the different remote controls will give better range. The 5084TX and 5088TX are particularly good.

I am using 5034TX12.And the range is too bad.we have to be very close to the IR.I have totally 7 IRs and 5 are showing this problem. The remaining 2 has very good range

Can you please tell us what range you are getting, on the 5 units with poor range and the 2 units with good range?

Are you testing the range when standing at 90 degrees to the wall surface?

Are you using the same 5034TX12 with all 7 5031NIR's?

Saying that "the range is too bad" is a subjective statement and hard to respond to technically.

The units with good range means we can control it with the 5034TX12 remote from anywhere inside the room. Its status is 22.8 V.

The units with bad range means it will only work when the remote is almost 1 feet near to the IR.Its status is 23.9 V.

Yes.I am using the same remote for all the IRs.

If you can only get a range of 1 foot between the remote and the switch then the switch is faulty and should be returned under warranty.
