Hi All, One of my customers has a CTL2 B/W screen, see below their description of the fault they have, let me know if you can offer suggestions as to the best course of action.

I have an issue with my 5000CTL2, i was trying to connect to it using the USB port on the front face as i do not have the Serial lead to program the unit, i was trying to transfer the project and saw it said firmware update which i then cancelled, i know not to disturb anything when doing firmware updates, however i did it and i am now sitting with the issue of a blank screen.
