4 gang switch, serial number not set error

    Hi,
    I just got a Saturn 4 gang switch which hasn't got the serial no. set.
    When I open the unit GUI, I got the folowing error:
    "The serial number has not been set for this unit. Please return it for the place of purchase for repair."
    I am using Toolkit 1.12.5.
    For some reasons, it is not easy to return it to the place of purchase.

    Can I set the serial number? The box and the unit itself have a sticker with the serial number but our friends from China forgot to load it in.

    If i will ignore this annoying message, will the unit still work? I remember the old C-BUS (1) units did not have serial numbers.

    Any advice?

    No, you must return it to the place of purchase for exchange. Why so difficult to return??
