The tech guys generally can't answer these sort fo questions as we don't know what is public knowledge or not. However, you will get a lot of clues as the functionality of the unit by download the PICED software public beta and looking at the programming of the unit.

The PAC is currenlty in field trial status, so the bulk of the work is complete on the unit. I don't know what the release date is or how much it will cost (is it in the trade price book?).
