Problems with C-Touch version 2.5 Beta

I have been using the beta version of C-Touch for some time now. Recently I have encountered problems with transferring projects and also with newly added schedules behaving strangely. Am I the only one having problem ?
I am using version 2.044 and firmware 1.100.
Does anyone know if there are later versions ?

Initially I added a schedule to pulse a group. This did not work so I replaced it with 2 schedules , one to turn it on and one to turn it off. This worked ok. I then added another set of schedules however the schedule which is configured to set the group on pulses the group for approximately 3 seconds.
