colour ctouch suggestion

is it possible to consider a secondary programming port for the new colour ctouch, which is hidden from behind the unit ?

reason being that when installed we home run a pink cat5 back to the board and do all programming there :confused:

Colour C-Touch is programmed via Ethernet. There is a connector on the back and on the front.

sweet... so the rj45 socket is located ... where ?! dun tell me it wireless then that'll be ridiculous... lol :D

---Dun worry i called CIS Tech support, 1 rj45 at back and & 1 at front, and is programmed via tcp/ip...

A few more suggestions -

The clip-on front surround needs to be held on more securely (especially the Saturn surround). It has a tendency to fall off when bumped, and in some cases does not sit square with the plastic housing.

The screen should be totally recessed as it looks ridiculous sticking out of the wall.

The plastic housing needs to be bigger to cover any imperfections when mounting the wall box.

The plastic housing needs to be stronger as it tends to bend and bow out of shape when being screwed to the wall box.
