Toolkit default project repository

Are there any command line switches to preselect a remote project repository when Toolkit starts? If not, will this be supported in future? Or perhaps an item in the preferences section to set a particular remote project repository as default rather than the local one?

No current command line switch. We're going to add it as a preference.
