I have setup a web cam component to display a webcam. The camera image is shown beautifully with a refresh rate of 1 second. But exactly 60 seconds after i switch to this page with the camera, the webcam image gets frozen. If i click anywhere on the page, the image starts refreshig again for another 60 seconds.

Another one: I have a button as timer with the time 1min. I press the button, the active image is shown. All good. At the end of those 60sec the C-Bus relay channel turns off and the inactive image should come up, but it doesn't. As soon as i click anywhere on the screen, the button is changing the state/image as inactive. As soon as i change the time to just under 1min the problem is gone.

I think these 2 faults are related. HomeGate stops refreshing the graphics after 60 seconds.

Even the clock stops after 60sec of inactivity.

I have tried everything you have described and can not get any of it to fail. It is possible there is something unusual about your project. Can you send your project archive either by:
1. E-mailing to CIS Tech Support with a note to send it to me and with reference to this post; OR
2. Click on the Help | Report a Problem menu item in HomeGate and attach the project archive to the e-mail and include reference to this post.

Darren,
I found the cause. It is easy to recreate it.
Create a new project with one page and 1 button with timer, toggle for 12 sec. Select any GA
Go to Project/Project Details then click on Pages tab. Make the Time-out Page as “none” and Time out after “10sec”.

Close the project details, save the project and click on the button. If you open the log window you will see that the GA will turn off after 12sec but the button will still show “on” state. If you click anywhere on the page, the button will change the state.

If you change the time out page to New Page, the problem is gone.

The cause is time out page set to “none”.

Thanks for that. I can see the problem now. Once we can duplicate it, we can fix it :)

Issue number 19134.
