Hi Everyone,
I am trying to upload a new project to a colour c-touch but when i try and upload i am getting an error saying "Project has critical errors. "YOU CAN NOT USE THE PROJECT UNTIL THESE ERRORS ARE FIXED."

When I show the errors I get the following:
Critical Error 310 : Network Error : Network 200 can not be opened (check parent networks).
Critical Error 310 : Network Error : Unit network is 200

The error log also tells me to fix this error through the "Network Manager" but i am not too sure what i am meant to be fixing in that window.

The colour C-Touch is sitting on Network 200 and when i try and click on the upload button it does not even seem like it is trying to connect to the network. From the toolkit software i am able to open both networks that i have set up with no problems.

If you are using an old version of PICED, try the latest to see if it helps.

Otherwise, send your project archive to Clipsal Tech Support and ask them to forward it to me to look at. Provide details of the fault in the e-mail and/or make reference to this forum thread.

Sorry Speedy.

It already had the tools page. Made no difference to me.

This is nothing to do with Tools pages.

For some reason, PICED thinks that network 200 can not be accessed from the network the Colour C-Touch is installed on (also network 200). Without having your project archive, there is nothing more we can suggest.

A quicker way to get the archive to us is to click on the Help | Report a Problem menu item, add some details of the problem and attach the archive file to the e-mail.

Sorry Guys,

I posted a reply to this the other day but for some reason it didn't post.

I fixed this issue!!

Tools --> Change Networks --> set all settings to your own network topology.

For some reason PICED created a loop and 1 network was connected to itself.

Once i fixed this it all worked 100%.

Thanks to everyone that helped with this issue.
