We have just taken over the maintenance of a site, the original installer has felt the credit crunch and gone bust.

There is a cbus network interface on site for the connection to the network.

The problem is when you use tools connect to the network, it connects them 2 mins later drops and the % counter just loops round and round from 0 to 100

From toolkit the network reports state OK all the time

In cbus diagnostics it all appears ok.

Any ideas

Also are there any plans to release some PAC drivers for server 2008?

The only way to know for sure is to look at the logs. There are a few things which will be needed:
1. A C-Gate log, event level 9 (See C:\Clipsal\PICED\Manuals\Advanced Fault Diagnosis.pdf for details)
2. A PICED log, for the same time period as the C-Gate log
3. Details of the failure, including
- what happened
- what you expected to happen
- when it happened

If the log files are really big, you can use the PICED log file filter to reduce the size.

Send all of this to CIS Tech Support and ask them to forward it to me. Provide a reference to this post so that they know the history.
