Scanning network through a Minder and CBus toolkit?

I have just tried to scan the the cbus network using CBus toolkit and a Minder instead of a PC Interface. The network consists of a Minder and 1 x 8chl dimmer, when I do the network scan: it finds the minder, then trys to locate the project name, this is where it stops. Then about 10 seconds later I'll get a blue screen with the following error on it.

Press CTRL+ALT_DEL to restart your computer. If you do this ............

VWIN32(05) + 000012D0 Eroor: 0E : 0028 :C02A44A8
.........
I have the information that was in the DOS window, sorry coulndn't figure out how to insert it.

I know the com port is correct and I'm using Windows ME.

If you guys need anything else just let me know.

Scanning the network through a Minder is not supported alas.
