C touch configuration software is not available to download from the website but the Firmware upgrade is. is there a reason for this or a problem with your website?

the software available on the web site is free software.
The C-touch software is supplied when you buy a C-touch :cool:

Maybe it would be a good idea to let people get hold of the software without buying a C-Touch. I was lucky enough to get hold of a copy in advance, and when I finally got hold of a C-Touch to install I was able to rip through the project without spending hours familiarising myself with the software.

The C-Touch config software is currently available on the CIS website.

CIS tech support department has also been supplying this to customers who request it for at least the past twelve months.

It is indeed termed a free software considering that if you don't buy a C-Touch to go with it, your choices become limited.
