Hi Dave,

Yes, stagger times don't seem right. This problem comes from the fact that delay times have 1s increments between 5 and 60 seconds, and 10s increments between 1 minute and 33 minutes. So stagger times appear correct if you choose 3 or 5 seconds increments, but if you choose 8 seconds or more, you will see bigger delays for last groups.

We will think about how to make Delay stagger look more clear. Thanks for reporting this.
