C Touch Ver 2.0.36

I am running C Touch Ver 2.0.36 and I have upgraded the firmware to Ver 1.10.5 on the C Touch Device. However, when I start to transfer the data to the C Touch, I receive an Error 14614 :confused:

Any ideas ??

Looked in FAQ's, no record of error codes. Still can't transfer to the Unit.

There aren't references to error codes, but it provides instructions on how to fix the problem. Have you tried the suggestions in the FAQ ?

Got it, thanks for that, was looking in wrong area of FAQ's. COM port receive buffers need to be set to minimum. Works a treat now. :)
