C Touch Ver 2.0.36

I am running C Touch Ver 2.0.36 and I have upgraded the firmware to Ver 1.10.5 on the C Touch Device. However, when I start to transfer the data to the C Touch, I receive an Error 14614 :confused:

Any ideas ??
