It seems Homegate Ver 2.0.33 beta requires C-Gate 2.0. Can some one please point me to where I can download the latest C-Gate.

As per the release notes on the Beta for homegate:
- C-Touch V2.0.36 is *only* compatible with the C-Bus Tool Kit
Therefore you'll need to install the C-Bus Toolkit which is currently in a beta stage of release also. This will give you a beta version of C-Gate2. It is available here: http://www.cbusforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=332
