Entering extended characters (such as ñ Ä æ å ) into any text edit field (eg. Group Name, Unit Notes, etc) in Toolkit and saving these to the database will cause subsequent loading of the project to fail.
Fixed in next build.
Recovery Process : edit the project's .xml file by hand to remove these characters.
