Color C-Touch sound

Is there any chance to use 2 x C-Touch units for two-way sound communication?

Long answer:

This has been done internal to Clipsal using a special build of software (linux, actually, not windows). It was done to prove a point, not to make a commercially saleable product. That software is not suitable for release (its incomplete).

Feedback between the mic and speaker can be a problem, as can our old friend, echo cancellation.

Short answer: it is theoretically possible. A demonstration showed that there are some exciting problems to overcome to make it perform really well.

As with the other posts: removing the CF card from your CTouch will void the warrantee.
