Just a new question about the barcode scanning i know all the devices arnt added is there any chance anyone knows when they will be added or is there an update that has more of the devices added. Having problems only like one device works when we scan it.
Any input would be great

Any chance of getting the catalog numbers for the items that you're unable to scan?

i Can't get saturns to scan in and the same stuff mentioned... is there a data base update available ?

I suspect the first unit should read 5102D10,

It may well be that the products you can't scan are pre C-bus2 in which case they don't have the on board serial number. They will still have a stock control barcode on them but it dosen't have all the info that a C-bus2 unit will have.

yeah... i under stand if older devices don't make the menu, like Hminder or it's telephone interface and all... but commonly used key input dev. ?!

It would appear some barcode are being misinterpreted by the software.. needless to say ALL current devices WILL be supported. My apologies that it we didnt get it quite right for release.

Guys,
My limied understanding is that some bar code readers need to be configured to read different types (styles) of barcode, when i first tried mine nothing worked. I took it back to the guy i got it from (along with my laptop and a dimmer unit box) he took one look, changed a setting or two and it was off and racing.

Just food for thought...
