Issue : Adding Power Supplies and Cable

Build 116. There is a known issue with adding power supplies and cable products (Catalog Numbers : 5100PS, 5500PS, 5005C100B, 5005C305B) to a database. This makes the Toolkit very unhappy with the project and you may need to remove the offending units from the xml file or delete the project.

Fixed for next release.
