hello, i can't work out how to program this through PICED...i need to be able to turn a group address on and off at certain time of the day but i need to be able to change that time using a colour c-touch..
any ideas??

Hi,

You could use schedules in the C-Touch. You can set these up in PICED under Project / Edit Schedules... The help is quite comprehensive, so you shouldn't have too much trouble working it out.

Once you have the schedule set up to turn the group on/off you can edit the times that they run using the inbuilt schedule editor on the unit. You can get to this by placing a button with the "Schedule Edit" special function.

Alternatively, you can use some components controlling a System IO variable to allow the user to select the time and write some logic to control the group address when the time matches the System IO variable value.

See the example project :

In that particular example, it only has a single nudge up/down for adjusting the time. It is better to add several buttons - one pair for the hour, one pair for the minute and one pair for seconds.
