has anyone tried to intergrate the "nuvo" essentia multi-source home sound system with cbus

the write up says that it has a bidirectional rs 232 port

i would prefer to use a DLT rather than their own wall controller

Penny your post mentions "the write up says that it has a bidirectional rs 232 port" if this is referring to the unit you are looking to integrate then you could match this with the new PAC controller which has two RS232 ports. You will need to get your hands on reference re RS232 connection and control messages for the unit you are interested in integrating with C-Bus. Once you have this info drop a line back here in the forum and we can steer you in the right direction. :)
